Marking Products as Out For Repair

Trakkit has the ability to mark products as Out For Repair. This is used when returnable products (Eg; Tooling) has been sent off site to be repaired.

It will usually meet the following criteria,

• It is no longer in Trakkit for users to book out

• It has been sent off site for repair

• It will be coming back onto site at a later date.

A reorder number is created and this number would be helpful to go with products off site. When they return to site it is easier to restock it into the machine.

Process for creating an Out For Repair restock number

1. In Trakkit Live navigate to Inventory / Restocking

1. Create a new restock order

2. Enter supplier, status and make the order type Repair

3. Click Save

1. Click Items.

1. Select the items you wish to mark as Out For Repair.

2. This will now show on the User Interface on the machine as Out For Repair.

1. Once the item returns to site use the RE number to restock the product back into the machine.
