➖Glossary of Terms
Reorders
Reorders are a transaction that Trakkit Live creates when there needs to be replenishment of a Trakkit machine. It is to create an entry that is attributed to each machine when goods arrive to go back in the machine it know which order to attribute those goods to. It also keeps track of backorders and will not let a machine be overfilled. Similar to a purchase order in a warehouse. We prefer not to use the term 'Purchase Order' so as not to create confusion between Trakkit orders and other orders generated in ERP's for the same transaction.
Orders
Orders are the transaction that is recorded when a user takes something from the machine.

Products can be placed on a pending reorder but will not be synced to a machine until the status is changed to 'Ready' - Ready - The reorder is complete with all required products added to the reorder. The reorder will be synced to the machine ready for physical replenishment - Partial - Some product has been physically restocked, however there are still products to be restocked. Typically these products are back orders. The reorder will remain in the reorder list on the machine. - Completed - All products have been physically restocked into the machine. The reorder will no longer be in the reorder list on the local machine. - Cancelled - The reorder was created but not required into the machine. All products on a cancelled reorder will not show as on reorder in Trakkit Live or in the reorder list on the local machine.
Main Isolation Switch

Orders are sent to the local machine and an access PIN can then be given to the user to complete the order at the machine.
