How to order a product from the TRAKKIT Dashboard

Quick Start Steps - How to order a product from the TRAKKIT Dashboard

1. From the home screen, use “Product search…” field at top middle.

2. Search by part number, title, or description. For category search, use left field.

3. From list results, CLICK 'Order' next to desired product.

4. Enter name in 'User' field. Enter PIN. Wait for green tick.

5. Input quantity. Click 'Order Product'. Look for 'Order Processing' confirmation.

Once you have searched and found the product you need, Trakkit will give some information about what is in the machine. In the below example it lets you know there is 1 x available. Keeping in mind that stock can be reserved from previous orders that have not been picked yet.

Click the 'ORDER NOW' button and the order pad will pop up. Select you as the user. Enter your PIN. Enter any other information. Some maybe mandatory or not depending on your site configuration. Enter the quantity Click 'ORDER PRODUCT'

You will hear the machine start to pick your order. In the top right there will be a status bar that indicates the order is underway and what it being picked.

When the machine has the product ready at the operator station. Simply open the lid and retrieve your product. Close the lid and press 'RETURN'. If the lid is closed and 'RETURN' has not been pressed, the machine will return the tub in 1 minute.

Once the lid is opened the transaction is complete and it ill be recorded in Trakkit Live
