Quick Start Guide

1. Select RETURN AN ITEM

1. Select the user that is returning the product.

2. Enter PIN

3. Select either RETURNABLE ITEM (Eg; Tooling) or MISTAKE ORDER / WRONG ITEM

1. A list of products will be displayed that have been previously booked out.

2. Click PUT BACK

3. The machine will retrieve the tub and once the roller doors open, place the product back in the tub, close the lid and the machine will return the item.

1. A reverse transaction will be recorded and synced to Trakkit Live

Orders have a time limit they can be returned to the machine set by your site administrator. This prevents orders that are years old being returned.
