Setting up new products
Trakkit Live is the online reporting and administration portal that drives Trakkit. In here you will find things like users, orders and inventory information. As an advanced user you may need to access this information and set up new products to go in the machine.
Setting up and creating a new product.
Trakkit requires some specific information to let users get the most benefit out of the system. Images, descriptions and dimensions are critical to ensure the success and usability of Trakkit. To create a new product go to this link and follow these instructions.

Creating New Products:
Preferred Device: Mobile device (phone or tablet).
Note: Interface appearance may vary based on the operating system.
Explanation of Terms for Product Entry:
Part Number: Unique identifier for each part; a searchable field.
Description: Descriptive terms for the part; multiple terms can be added to enhance search results.
Height: Maximum height of the product; crucial as it’s the primary restriction for loading. Measure products as they will be placed in the machine (e.g., paint cans should be measured upright).
Width: Shortest dimension of the product.
Length: Longest dimension of the product.
Quantity per Bin: Ideal amount of product per bin; influences the allocated bin size.
Image: High-quality images are recommended as they are a key reference for users.
Submission and Processing:
After submission, the entry goes to Trakkit Admin for review and editing of image and text.
Product allocation to a bin will be completed by Trakkit Admin.
Allow a minimum of 24 hours for processing.
Notification will be sent when the product is ready to be loaded into Trakkit.
