Reordering Products

When you need to replenish the machine or add new items to the machine. Typically we use the reordering method. This method uses min / max settings on your inventory record on each machine for the machine to calculate what it needs to restock.

  1. Go to Inventory / Restocking

  1. Select New Restock Order, this creates a new restock order to add items to.

  2. Select the Supplier and mark as Ready

  1. Select Items

  1. The top table shows all items that the machine has calculated that is required to reorder. The bottom table is everything that is added to the reorder Only products that are required to be reordered are show by default. If you would like to see everything, click the Show All button. Select the items required by checking the box in the far left column of the top table and click Add Items to Order

  1. This will put the items into the Selected Restock Items table. You can adjust quantities as desired but you must always click save on every line. This will now sync the order to the machine ready to be physically restocked.

  1. If you wish to cancel the order, navigate to Inventory / Restocking. Click Edit and change the status to Cancelled. This removes the restock order from the machine and also clears any existing items that maybe on this order.
