Basic Functions

Trakkit can function in 2 ways.

1. Booking consumables out of the machine. It will record orders made by users and record the transactional data. You can also return these orders if they were incorrect or not required.

2. Booking out and returning tooling to the machine. Returnable items. It will record orders as above, but will also let users return those orders to the machine.

The main difference is the tooling or returnable items are reported differently and can have reminders setup to go to supervisors.

Important components of the machine

1. E Stop - will dead stop the machine. Use if machine sounds like its going to explode. To reset after E Stop is engaged. Disengage E Stop switch and press reset button.

2. Reset Button - flashes if there is a problem with the machine. Always the first thing to press if the machine is not functioning as expected.

3. Personnel door switch - machine will not work if the personnel door is open or ajar. Close the door and press reset button. Safety mechanism only and not to be used as an isolator.

4. Access lid switch - if lid is lifted during operation the machine will stop. The machine will restart automatically when lid is lowered again.
